Would Dis be considered Princess Dis or Lady Dis? I’ve seen it used both ways and I am curious if one is more correct than the other.

Tolkien never uses any titles when talking about Dis, so I really can’t tell you. But, personally, I don’t think either were very likely, because it doesn’t seem like the dwarves really used titles that way.
